In their first regular season matches of the season the Spartans took 2nd place in San Antonio over the weekend. 

In the final match the team lost a close one to the host team. San Antonio was able to score on a last second try to put them up 14-7.

Overall it was a great weekend for the team. The next tournament is February 16th in Laredo.
