Bay Area Rugby Club is a Division III club in the South Houston suburb area of Clear Lake. BARC is a member of USA Rugby in the Texas Rugby Union. BARC has been playing rugby in Houston dating back to 1974 and most recently they were crowned the 2006-2007 Div. III Texas & Western Rugby Union Champions, making a trip to the national playoffs.
