IN MEMORIAM
Rugby can be many things: a reason to stay fit, a fun team sport, an excuse to play rough and get in some scuffles, an outlet for frustrations, or a reason to enjoy some beverages and raucous times. It can be easy to forget that rugby is, above all else, about the teammates on the pitch and the bond between them, including the men playing against them, who are friends after the final whistle is blown. This memorial section of our site serves as a reminder of both that dogma and the legacy of two BARC men we love and miss dearly who met with untimely deaths.

In Japan, Aster tataricus is known as shion, or ç´«è‹‘. The flower has a meaning in hanakotoba, the Japanese language of flowers, which corresponds to "I won't forget you."
